Returns and Refund

At FitscaleUK we would want you to love your Fitscale, but if its not quite for you 

no worries, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Our friendly Customer Support team will guide you through the return process to make things simple and stress-free.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days once approved. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important:

  • To initiate a return and qualify for a refund, you must first contact our Customer Support team at support@fitscalesuk.com.

  • Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or processed.

Order Cancellations

If you’ve made a mistake with your order or wish to cancel it before receiving confirmation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

We process orders as soon as they’re placed, so if you need to cancel, please contact our Customer Support team right away at support@fitscalesuk.com or through Live Chat where your request can be processed faster.

If your request is made within the first hour of placing the order, we can usually stop it before it’s processed. However, once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

You’ll still have the option to return the product once it arrives, in line with our returns policy.

Return & Refund Policy for Devices

Requirements:

  • The device must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition.

  • The purchase must have been made directly from FitscalesUK.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective through troubleshooting or documentation. Refunds are processed once the returned device has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team at support@fitscalesuk.com with the following details:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Postal Code

Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you have the best possible experience with them.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or experience an issue covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, our Customer Support team will be happy to help with an exchange.

Before an exchange can be approved, we’ll need to complete a short troubleshooting process with you. This helps us determine whether the device is truly defective or helps us identify a bug which we can fix and ensures we’re resolving the issue in the best way possible.

If troubleshooting isn’t completed, we may not be able to confirm the fault or proceed with a replacement.

We really appreciate your cooperation, it allows us to get to the root of the issue quickly and make things right for you.

Refunds:

  • DNA Kits: DNA Kit purchases through our LEFU system subscription or any future purchases including the our DNA KIT Services are non-refundable. Should you require a replacement DNA testing kit, you may email Customer Support (support@fitscalesuk.com) and provide the same information that you provided when you ordered your DNA Kit. Replacement kits are $25 per kit (plus applicable shipping and handling).

  • DNA Kit + Plans: All DNA Kit + Plans are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to following plans: Health Insights, Premium Insights, Health & Ancestry Insights.

  • Individual Reports: All individually purchased reports, including but not limited to Ancestry, Medical Reports, Longevity Screener, Medication Check (Pharmacogenomics) , Family Planning (Carrier Status), Health Overview and Methylation Pathway are non-refundable.

  • Consultations: A refund may be requested for consultation purchases within 30 days of purchase if the consultation has not yet been completed. Consultations are non-refundable once completed. Monthly Consultation Subscription renewals are non-refundable.
